FILL OUT FORM BEFORE CSR DOES FOLLOW UP CALL WITH COMMERCIAL PROSPECT
There are two actions resulting from using this form: 1) the information creates an Email that is used as a reference to a follow-up call reminder and 2) the commercial prospect AUTOMATICALLY receives a short Email reminding him/her of the follow-up call. The CSR should then do a follow up call 2-3 days later with the commercial prospect.
